Every effort is made to dispatch orders immediately, using Royal Mail or a courier for larger parcels. But please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. Overseas orders can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Return & Exchange Policy
We make every effort to provide our customers with a friendly and efficient service. Should you find a fault on any of our products, please let us know as soon as possible, by e-mailing magic.rat.books@gmail.com or phoning 02920 226791, and we’ll replace it immediately.
Should you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as you can (before we dispatch it, if possible) and we’ll refund you immediately.
Should you wish to cancel an order after receiving it, we will refund the value of the order and any original delivery costs in full, but we ask that you cover the cost of returning the goods to us. Please contact us within 5 working days, by e-mailing or phoning. Your refund will be processed on receipt of the goods in a saleable condition.
